Does Howard Kurtz Think Some Of Trump’s Attacks On Kelly Were Fair?

Fox host Howard Kurtz noted today that Donald Trump has taken “plenty of shots” at Megyn Kelly. Kurtz then added, “some of them unfair.”

In a MediaBuzz discussion about Donald Trump’s nasty, sexist tweet about Ted Cruz’s wife, Heidi, Kurtz made the following comment that was really an unnecessary digression from the subject.

KURTZ: After that Trump tweet, Megyn Kelly, of Fox, tweeted, “Seriously?” taking a little shot at Donald Trump who has taken plenty of shots at her, some of them unfair.”

Well, that begs the question, which shots at Kelly were fair? I’m a huge critic of hers but I can’t think of a single one of Trump’s nasty, sexist shots that was fair.

And why would a Fox host take such a gratuitous shot at a colleague?

Again, I’m not a Kelly fan but it boggles my mind that Fox has not united around her in the wake of this shocking bullying by a presidential candidate in an obvious effort to intimidate, humiliate and diminish her.

Still amazes me that Kelly, who I’m sure Faux would admit would be their #1 nighttime personality following the election when O’Loofah and Slanthead leave, receives almost no support among her colleagues in the Drumpf matter. Jealousy? Is Megyn a real piece of work and hard to handle behind the scenes? Does she have a bigger ego than O’Loofah?? Upset at the way she obtained her position (Britt Hume, cough, cough)??? I don’t know why, but like Ellen, I am stunned by the lack of support from Faux.
