CNN's Reliable Sources Discusses Fox News' War on #BlackLivesMatter

CNN host Brian Stelter hosted Cornel West and Marc Lamont Hill yesterday to respond to Fox News’ attempts to paint #BlackLiesMatter as a hate group.

Some excellent points were made, particularly in relation to the main purpose of #BlackLivesMatter – which is to protest treatment of African Americans by law enforcement, not to target the police. And Hill correctly fingered Fox’s goal of changing the conversation away from the subject of black lives mattering to smearing the movement.

However, I would have appreciated it had one of the three noted the rank hypocrisy of Fox News’ attack in the first place given their support of criminal rancher Cliven Bundy’s threats against law enforcers and how FoxNews.com tolerates, if not welcomes, discussions about murdering liberals on its website.

Still, it was an interesting discussion worthy of viewing. Watch it below, from the September 6 Reliable Sources.

you want to talk about black lives that truly matter? think about this. 33 people were shot in chicago this past weekend. has black lives matter fought for them? what about jamayla bolden? did anybody march for her?! oh one person did. no one from black lives matter. when they start caring about real black lives and cancel that flag burning rally on 9/11, then they will have my respect. until then the silent majority will care for the black lives ignored by black lives matter. all lives matter period

Will the media just shut up about those black liars? fox news are exposing the truth about that group of malcom x wannabes. if a white supremacy group had disrupted barack obama’s campaign rally like those morons disrupted bernie sanders, you would call it racist. if a white supremacy group marched and chanted " what do we want? dead cops! when do we want them? now!" you would immediately call them hateful. if that same group wanted to lead a flag burning rally on 9/11, that would outrage you. say the group responded to criticism by calling themselves a love group, you would call them liars. the only difference between these terrorist groups is their skin color. wake up fools.

The masses can bring up Cliven Bundy’s militant group by writing columns or letters to the editor. Remind the masses 24/7 of the murdered cops in Las Vegas.

The mouthpieces at the Workplace Bullies Network want to keep this Bundy incident buried.

Wish they had mentioned Cliven Bundy or the murder talk on FoxNews.com as part of Fox's hypocrisy but this was still a worthy discussion.
