Apparently, some Occupy Wall Street protester or protesters had the nerve to confront Bill O’Reilly Friday night while he was attending a Broadway show with some children. Although O’Reilly routinely sends his own producer to accost people – and on camera, to be aired on national television – when it’s O’Reilly on the receiving end, it’s a terrorist plot. And President Obama needs to be held accountable!
On last night’s O’Reilly Factor, guest host Laura Ingraham deliberately used the Occupy Protests in Chicago as a vehicle to – what else? – attack President Obama. First, she sneered that Obama “brushed off the protests.” Meaning, apparently, that he did not sufficiently denounce them. “The President had an opportunity to address what happened yesterday (the stabbing of a police officer in the leg)… and did not,” she said condemningly.
On the phone, O’Reilly agreed. “The president should be answering the question, do you still support the Occupy Wall Street movement, because in the beginning, he did. Now… when he’s asked about the protesters, he gives an answer that doesn’t say one way or the other whether he approves of this kind of thing.”
So why does President Obama need to answer this? Well, because O’Reilly said so.
O’Reilly said that on tonight’s show he’ll be investigating “where the money is coming from to fund these demonstrations.” By way of a hint, he mentioned the Institute for Policy Studies which, he said, is “allied with” SEIU. I saw no such thing on the IPS website but maybe that’s just me. “These two entities… seem to be running protests all over the United States and we want to know who’s behind ‘em and where the money is coming from because these people showed up in Washington dressed in black, they all knew where to go, they all knew what to do. It was very well coordinated,” O’Reilly said ominously.
And this is a big deal problem, why?
Because again, apparently, it was all about O’Reilly. He continued,
“On a personal note, on Friday, I went to see a play called ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ on Broadway. I had three kids with me. When I left the theater I was confronted by an Occupy Wall Street guy who was very obnoxious, came within inches of my face. I told him there were children present. He didn’t care — actually chased the car down the street. Now, that wasn’t an accident. Somebody had seen me going in or in the theater had texted the Occupy people, who dispatched this guy to chase me down. Now, this is what’s happening across the country and I think people should know about it.”
Putting aside O’Reilly’s questionable conclusion that this was an orchestrated effort to go after him, what Bill forgot to mention? This is exactly the kind of behavior he has his stalker producer engage in on a regular basis. In 2009, progressive reporter Amanda Terkel was followed for several hours and then ambushed on a vacation by O’Reilly Factor producer Jesse Watters - who confronted her hostilely about a blog post she had written critical of O’Reilly. That same year, Watters made an unwelcome visit to the management of an elementary school in Massachusetts that had too much “holiday” going on and not enough “Christmas” to suit O’Reilly. More recently, Watters ambushed Fox boogeyman Van Jones and later announced on The Factor that he had video of Jones saying, “Republicans want to poison children.” I’m still waiting to see the video Watters promised would be produced the following Monday. And for harassment, it’s hard to beat O’Reilly’s campaign to demonize Dr. George Tiller – who was assassinated after O’Reilly’s long crusade of inflammatory hate mongering against him.
However, when O’Reilly gets a dose of his own medicine, it’s a whole different matter. And O’Reilly may not be the most reliable of narrators when it comes to the facts. “It’s the same thing that happened in Washington to me,” he told Ingraham and The Factor viewers. “He wanted me to punch him. He wanted me to attack him. It was obvious what he was doing.”
Unfortunately for O’Reilly, that Washington incident was recorded on video and posted on the internet – and it’s pretty darned apparent that the person who approached him was after no such physical altercation. If anything, it was O’Reilly who became physically aggressive.
Now, O’Reilly upped the ante from the Washington incident and called his latest accoster a “terrorist.” “What I’m trying to say is not just about me,” O’Reilly said. “This Occupy Wall Street movement is now very coordinated and they are terrorists. They are trying to create trouble. That’s what terrorists do. They are not on the par of Al Qaeda, but they are trying to create trouble, manufacture and contrive trouble.”
O’Reilly again promised to find out “where the money’s coming from.” He added, “We want people to know it’s organized, we want people to know it’s dangerous and we want to know what President Obama thinks about it.”
So do you see the slick way O’Reilly is using this to go after President Obama? Having made that sly pivot, O’Reilly maneuvered into a full frontal attack on Obama. “He no longer answers any questions… All he does is reiterate the problem of the situation in six or seven minutes. That’s how long he takes. Alright? And then he goes on to the next question.” O’Reilly’s voice rose in indignation. “He never answers the question! Here’s my question, Laura: What do you, Mr. Obama, think of the Occupy Movement? Do you support it as you did in the beginning? Yes or no! That’s what I want to know.”
After complaining that the media isn’t doing the job he thinks should be done, he said, “Well, we’re going to change that tomorrow.”
The menace in O'Reilly's voice was unmistakeable.
I know what I’m talking about here, I have first hand experience in terrorizing techniques. Inciting murder, sexually harassing an employee, blaming women for being raped and calling out a 10 year old as enjoying being sodomized gives me terrorizing credentials way up the bunghole.
But I got plenty of instances where Fox News refused to cover the arrest of or class action against a notable Tea Party name- Dyer, Kilcullen, Kobulnicky, McAffee Meckler, Moynihan…
As far as Fox News is concerned, none of that ever happened, because “there is no criminal element in the Tea Party.” Just like there is no racism in the Tea Party, despite the mountain of evidence that the skinheads loved the rallies for a reason.
But when it comes to OWS, God forbid any facts surface- almost every story I’ve seen come out against them on Fox News/Nation, even a lot of the other RW sources admit that the instigators were identified as plants.
Hell, they’re still giving a platform to Lee Strahnahan, despite that he’s so violent with his dishonesty that even most of RW radio’s big names disclaimed that their first impulse on any story from Strahnahan is to get the alibis of his crew.
NOTE TO MASSES
We need video of these Fox “News” frauds.
Maybe he should invite Amanda Terkel on to discuss her weekend vacation with Jesse Waters from a couple of years ago. They can compare notes on the “terrorists”.
Danita Kilcullen, a Tea party Leader in Florida, Donkey Stomped a cop in the balls with Stiletto heels- while resisting arrest for Tresspassing with intent to commit a crime.

What was O’Reilly’s response to that…
Oh, yeah- to say that there had never been an instance of violence from anybody in the Tea Party, the left was making it all up.
This is before you get to all the agent provoctaeurs that Fox News covers, then yanks from their site the second who they’re really with is revealed.
