Bill O'Reilly talks the talk about how those who say the word "holiday" in place of "Christmas," should be, in the words of Ebenezer Scrooge, "boiled with his own pudding, and buried with a stake of holly through his heart!" But yet, Bill might not be walking the walk. In one of his recent columns in which O'Reilly asked if Lady Gaga has "jumped the shark," (Oh, the irony) not only did he lapse into blasphemous language; but he did not chide his fellow performance artist (and hers is so much better) for using the dreaded and obscene "H" word for her holiday shop in NY City.

Bill reports that Gaga has "designed a holiday shop" at Barney's Manhattan clothing store. What, What - a "holiday shop." Now granted, that's what it's called; but shouldn't the Pope of Christmas refer to it as a Christmas shop (it has some Christmas themed items) or at least scold her for her Christmas faux pas?  But it gets worse with this egregious violation of Bill's Christmas Commandment: "Forget the RockefellerCenter tree—the Gaga shop represents the true holiday spirit, does it not?" Oh, no he didn't. He didn't use Christmas in describing the tree and worse (my hands are shaking as I type) he says "holiday spirit." Oh, nooooooooo.

 On another note, it's interesting that aging, Catholic, traditionalist Bill O'Reilly is a fan of the awesome Gaga given that some of her videos would seem to be, for a dude like Bill, a bit - ah - prurient?  Maybe now that Bill's significant other has, reportedly, departed from Bill's manse, he's been pleasuring (metaphorically speaking) himself with Gaga's videos so that he can analyze them from an artistic perspective. Then again... As is said during this holiday (ewwww, I said a bad word - but wait, Bill says it too!) season, Santa's coming? (And I don't mean that metaphorically, if ya catch my drift!)
