Fox News was so eager for you to think that Donald Trump was working at the White House over the weekend that the network sent a “news alert” about it. But, in reality, Trump was at his golf club.

Sean Hannity needs a safe space after Ted Koppel called him “bad for America” on CBS News Sunday Morning yesterday. The bullyboy snowflake has been ranting on Twitter and on his radio show.

While much of the Twitterverse seemed to conclude that Donald Trump promoted Fox’s Justice with Judge Jeanine show on Saturday because she opened with a blistering attack on Paul Ryan, we believe a tease about “stunning new details” on “Trump wiretap claims” was the real reason. Unfortunately for Trump, Pirro had no new details, stunning or otherwise.

Not surprisingly, Fox host Jeanine Pirro addressed the controversy swirling over Donald Trump’s tweet urging people to watch her show last night. 

Today, on Fox News Sunday, host Chris Wallace confronted White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus about Donald Trump’s promotion of Fox host Jeanine Pirro’s show just hours before she went on a verbal rampage against Speaker of the House Paul Ryan. Instead of flat-out denying a relationship between the two events, Priebus described them as “more coincidental."

Has anyone ever seen Donald Trump promote anyone but himself or someone in his family on Twitter? The answer (Nope!) is why nobody believes Trump promoted Fox’s Justice with Judge Jeanine show yesterday morning just to help out a pal. 

Governor Paul LePage (R-ME) visited Fox News yesterday where he was described as “fighting a Herculean battle against a surtax on the wealthy.” LePage is so upset about a surtax on incomes over $200,000 a year, he threatened to move out of the state.

In an episode reminiscent of the Roger Ailes sexual harassment scandal, Fox News has fired comptroller Judy Slater because, after 19 years of employment, the network has suddenly discovered she has repeatedly engaged in racist comments and behavior.
