Apparently, 10 minutes of smearing a U.S. governor coping with the catastrophic Hurricane Irma was not enough for Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Last night, he teamed up with Dana Loesch, an uninformed NRA spokeswoman, for another round of baselessly accusing the governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands of seizing guns during Irma.

Apparently, Mike Huckabee’s robocalls promoting a Christian movie did not provide the inspiration he and the outfit that hired him expected. In fact, the calls were found to be so improper, annoying and intrusive that a federal judge just awarded $32.4 million to 3.2 million Americans who improperly received them.

As Fox & Friends is clearly Jesus’ home away from home, I’ve often wondered why the nice, Christian friends don’t incorporate nice, Christian prayers during their show. Well, as it happens, they did just that during Sunday’s show when they provided a pulpit for a virulently anti-gay Christian preacher to pray Hurricane Harvey victims.

Hurricane Irma, one of the worst storms ever recorded in the Atlantic, has caused catastrophe in the Caribbean and is headed for Florida, but Fox News host Tucker Carlson “covered” Irma with 10 minutes of fear mongering that the governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands will be confiscating guns and leave residents powerless against looting.
