Last night, in what seemed like a desperate effort to smear anti-racism and police reform advocates, Tucker Carlson misrepresented the words of Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender to accuse her of believing that “the desire not to, for example, have your home invaded by violent criminals is in fact a sign of racism.”

Trump Toady William Barr suggested that blacks are just too dangerous for police departments to be defunded and he also falsely insinuated that calls to defund police departments are a call to abandon all public safety and justice efforts. Then Barr revealed his Trumper idea of civil rights: “school choice.”
