In his ongoing attempts to keep hate alive, Bill O'Reilly, valiant defender of traditionalism, might talk the talk about evil Hollywood liberals - but he sure can't walk the walk. Despite his frequent bloviations about how Hollywood is destroying America, Bill sure seems to be a fan of the glitterati as shown by his appearances at parties attended by the very folks that Bill claims to loathe. Yes, gentle readers, I'm sure you will be as chagrined and appalled as I was when I found out that, last Saturday, America's daddy was swinging with those "lemmings for liberal propaganda" (for the second year in a row) at a Hamptons bash for, OMG, the Apollo Theater? Say what?
You read it right. working class hero Bill O'Reilly was in attendance at the "Hollywood at Apollo In The Hamptons: A Night of Legends," a party held in the posh Hamptons to benefit the Apollo Theater which has long been an iconic part of OMG the black culture that Bill that Bill so despises. Perhaps O'Reilly was only there to observe the decadence and report back to his fans; but he did rub elbows with folks like Spike Lee, Barbara Streisand, and Jack Nicholson. John McCain and Chris Christie (both of whom totally rocked out) were also in attendance, so that must have made Bill feel more comfortable.
But one does wonder how Bill endured the entertainment which featured black performers including Pharrell Williams and O'Reilly nemesis Jamie Foxx who, last year, was attacked by Bill because he wore a Trayvon Martin t-shirt to the BET awards which, according to O'Reilly, was "racism on display."
I'm sure being at the party was very stressful for Bill who must have had to do great penance upon his return home. Seriously, though, I wonder if he had a date...

And when this mansion is completed and O’Lielly moves in, how much do you want to bet that the instant a hurricane hits, Bully O’Lielly will be ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES WITH BOTH HANDS OUT CRYING TO — HORRORS! — “BIG GOVERNMENT” (i.e. FEMA) IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?
I happen to believe that his sneering attitude towards Hollywood is mostly schtick for the right-wing folks who like to hate on Hollywood. I also think that BOR would like nothing more than to be part of the Hollywood circle because he sooo enjoys the publicity and likes having contacts in the biz (as in, damn it, won’t someone please make a movie out of my “Those Who Trespass” book!). And don’t let BOR sucker us with his saying that he went because it was a fundraiser for a good cause, The Apollo Theater. If BOR wanted to help out The Apollo programs, all he had to do was write a check. Nah, BOR wanted to be SEEN WITH THE STARS! And, being that he is BOR, he was probably hoping that some star would snub him or say something rude so that he could play the victim which he so loves doing. Next up for BOR, The Emmy Awards in Hollywood because “Killing Kennedy” is nominated in the TV Movie category (of which BOR is 1 of 9 Executive Producers). Oh gosh, I wonder who he’ll be wearing? LOL!
Also, BOR is building his oceanfront McMansion (on the old Abbe property in Montauk just up the highway from the Hamptons). Some of these people are going to be his neighbors and/or they might know someone who would be willing to lease his McMansion (should he decide to rent out the place to make big bucks). BOR might talk badly about these “swells” but BOR really wants to be among them.
Don’t be surprised at what they do off-camera. That’s their true nature.
