Rupert Murdoch made an ass of himself on Twitter (again), this week as he used the hospitalization of an obese woman after she fell through a sidewalk to make a bunch of prejudiced sneers about her. He tweeted, "How did fat lady who fell thru street get to 400 lbs? Welfare, stamps, etc? Then leave us all with 20yrs immense health bills."
As Dylan Byers in Politico wrote about the uproar and included Keith Olbermann's hilarious response:
Ulanda Williams was hospitalized on Friday after falling through the sidewalk. A number of people criticized Murdoch for his take on the incident — Keith Olbermann, for example, responded with "How many prejudiced assumptions can you fit in one tweet, Rupe?" and "This is like assuming all media moguls achieved success thru bribery, bullying, phone hacking"
NOTE TO RUPY
If you are going to make fat jokes, let’s start with Roger Ailes. Luckily, the News Corporation building is made of steel to carry his fat arse.
