Kirsten Powers went toe to toes last night on the Hannity show as she smacked down each and every criticism of President Obama's plan to extend the Bush tax cuts for everyone earning less than $250,000 a year. The "Great American Panel" segment was stacked two-to-one against her - with host Sean Hannity joining the opposition to make it three-on-one. But Powers mowed them all down and refused to be cowed.
I've had my criticisms of Powers - mostly for enabling (needlessly, in my view) Fox News' attacks on the left. But I've got to say this about her: she's got the courage of her convictions and the guts to stand up for them. There are a lot of other Fox News Democrats who could stand to learn from her.
Brava.

@Thx4 Fish: Exactly. It was Fox’s effort to get the words “disapprove” and “Obama’s job performance” in the same sentence.
Similar to how, when the Scooter Libby verdict was announced, their headline read, “LIBBY ACQUITTED ON ONE OF FIVE COUNTS” . . . and, when the SC struck down three of the four parts of Arizona’s immigration law, they blared, “SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS KEY PART OF ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAW” . . .
