Congratulations to Ann Coulter. Her treasonous adoration of Ted Cruz' "magnificent" GOP shutdown of the U.S. government was not just childishly loathsome, it catapulted her to the top of the heap of loathsomeness, otherwise known as The Most Outrageous Quote of the Week.
Coulter won with a decisive 62, or 28%, of the 222 votes cast last week. To refresh your recollection, her winning entry was:
“I think the shutdown was so magnificent, run beautifully. I’m so proud of these Republicans.”
You can read the rest of the entries and find out the other results here.

Did anyone catch Hannocchio’s girlfriend on Piers Morgan’s show? They showed a video clip of Annie’s true love, Bill Maher. You should have seen the look on her face while watching him on the monitor. It was the look of love. She misses him.
Instead, she gets hooked up with a shyster named Hannocchio the RINO, a thin-skinned Republican in conservative clothing, who is infatuated with Lizzy.
It’s not a good year for the spinster. Her book sales are down, her love life is down, the Tea Pots have turned their backs on her, and her boyfriend has eyes for another younger blonde. What goes around, comes around.
Coming down the pipe: Things gets worse for Annie.
