Fox Nation Race Baiting Thread Asks If African-American Woman "Hates America"

Posted by Priscilla 0.80pc on June 11, 2012 · Flag

As I reported below, an African American Coney Island School Principal is getting harassed with vile racist comments because of her decision to remove Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to be an American." (Some irony there!)  So just to make sure that this continues, Fox Nation, a site "for those opposed to intolerance" has posted a thread, complete with photo of this woman and the headline "Does This Principal Hate America?" Nuff said!

So I take it O’Reilly is going down the Dr. Tiller route with this principal?

I am not defending Fake News racists. If anyone reads my Twitter posts I am far from a fan. I am finding this link below so don’t want to give my “conservative buddies” any firewood so to speak.

There also having a fit on this blog. Found through one of my conservatives buddies who hates that god is being taken away by the commie liberals.

In the interest of fairness and balance: It looks as though the complaint may stem from ongoing strife within the school. Hawkins is not popular at all among teachers and parents, and has been reprimanded by the Office of Equal Opportunity and the Board of Ed for remarks she has made in the past deemed to be racist. She has been accused of micromanaging the staff running personal vendettas, and generally being a bully.

Here’s an article about her reprimand, for which she had to attend sensitivity training:

http://articles.nydailynews.com/2010-09-29/local/29441324_1_public-school-staffers-wrong-words

No doubt when the RWNJs get hold of this info they’ll be screaming about her racism from the rooftops while happily ignoring their own.

Here are reviews by teachers. I’d ignore the ones from the past couple of days but as you’ll see most predate this recent song controversy:

http://teachervoice.com/principal-reviews/Brooklyn/P-S-90-Edna-Cohen-School/10-47416/

None of that is any excuse for calling her anti-American.

Is it possible she is overreacting to to the cultural sensitivity issue due to her previous reprimand? Or is she micro-managing again? Or maybe she’s right, its not an age-appropriate song.

Besides which, it just sucks. It’s a jingoistic piece of crap which insinuates that other countries aren’t “free” like the USA.

This is how you get back at these Fox “News” frauds. If you live in the principal’s district, tell her the hate is coming from Fox “News” Channel.

Write letters to the editor reminding the masses that Fox “News” draws on hate for ratings purposes.

Lee Greenwood is only known for one hit song. Lady Gaga has more hits than him which says a lot about his music career.

Billo the clown, just did a segment, and he’s think this woman, hates God, and America, and he said that if she does not go on his show, and explane, he’ll send Jesse out to get her. But he left out that shes she being called names. Typical Billo. Also I think it was wrong for her ban that song, because I feel it would only make poeple hate Liberal like me , and Public Schools even more. If i’m wrong please let me know.

So much for “cable news truth”, Alex.

I noticed that too, Margarita, but my take on it is that it was done deliberately to upset more people since God Bless America is such an old, beloved classic. It also references God, which of course is another dog whistle to the wingnuts.

God, what a horrid fucking that shouldn’t be played anywhere, ever; let alone at a school.

Only dipshits like that song. Both my father and father-in-law, who are 20+ year military vets, hate that song and Lee Greenwood.

You know what’s funny? The picture on this Fox Nation thread is of the wrong tune.

Goes to prove my theory that right wingers’ brains are incapable of processing art or music or other finer things. They compensate by screaming and yelling a lot.

Lord knows I can’t stand fox and am not one to defend them, but to call this race baiting is a bit much. Yes, it’s sleezy as all hell to put her picture up and I know their history of race baiting, but to make the lological leap from them simply trying to shame this woman publicly to making all african american women seemingly hate america is pretty ridiculous and smacks of the same false controversy fox is notorious for starting.

Good thing Fox Nation is opposed to intolerance - or God knows what their headline might have said.

Apparently the FoxGOPTV pukes don’t know the difference between hating a stupid song and hating America. Just because the majority of Americans hate that stupid fuckin song doesn’t mean they hate America.

Leave it to the FokkksNashun cesspool to show their lack of intelligence.

POS borally’s little buttboy watters will do whatever it takes to keep the FokkksNashun turds foamed up with hate. (and it doesn’t take much, does it.)

Hmmmmmmmmm, it’s possible this principal may have found out the REAL TRUTH about Lee Greenwood: HE CHICKENED OUT ON VIETNAM VIA A DRAFT DEFERMENT. That’s why I believe the chorus lines of his signature tune (“Proud to be an American”) should read as follows:

And I’m proud to be a chickenhawk,
‘Cuz freedom sure ain’t free,
Why should I go to war I might get blown to bits,
I’ll let others fight for me,
Everyone should stand up,
And purchase stock in a defense firm today,
You’ll get filthy rich in no time flat,
In the good ol’ U-S-A!

Fux Nation moderator Jesse Watters has an easy job. When he wants to jack-up the number of site hits, he posts a photo of any African-American with some inflammatory text. Then he just sits back and waits for the turds in the Fux Nation cesspool of hate to start thrashing about.
