Shepard Smith contradicted Fox's own coverage of the Supreme Court's immigration ruling when he and Judge Andrew Napolitano smacked down Airzona Governor Jan Brewer's bizarre claim that the "heart" of her state's law had been "vindicated." Smith said he was "just kind of scratching my head" over Brewer's statements. Then, he added, "I felt like the Yankees had just played the Red Sox in a four-game set; the Yankees had won three out of four and the Red Sox claimed a series victory because they got one game."
Napolitano agreed, murmuring, "Right. Right," and praised Smith's "excellent anaology." He added, "Really, nothing was accomplished from the Arizona point of view. ...This is a victory for the White House.
