I agree, Alt Evil. Problem is that President Trump’s loyal followers will never hear anything about that on Fox.

Mueller’s halting speaking style and mild manner and taciturn, reluctant testimony did not erase the powerful and damning things he revealed about Donald Trump and his administration.

Unfortunately, Mueller’s refusal to answer process questions that neither hamper other ongoing investigations nor seem out of bounds in the context of his report is the downfall of the hearing. He looks like he’s hiding something and he will only feed crackpot MAGA conspiracy theories.

I’m sure Mueller thinks he’s upholding integrity but he can do more than turn this hearing into a dramatic reading of his report. Mueller sadly is doing a disservice to our country.

Especially in light of Barr publicly saying Mueller should have made clear recommendations. Mueller should feel empowered to say whether or not he would have indicted Trump and put an end to any public/DoJ confusion.

Gowdy just claimed that Democrats would cancel this afternoon’s Intelligence Committee hearing if they could.

But I will bet that the Intel hearing will be much more hard hitting.
