Larry The Cable Guy visited Fox & Friends yesterday and the Curvy Couch Crew could barely contain themselves until the comedian revealed whom he supports in the presidential election.
“We want to talk to you about the election,” cohost Ainsley Earhardt said. “Are you here to endorse a presidential candidate?” You know she would never have been so eager to find out if she didn’t know Larry is a conservative. Nor would she have laughed so hard at his jokes before he got around to answering her question.
So, after Larry regaled them with anecdotes about his garage sale, his Kojak tee shirt and more, Earhardt pleaded, “Can we please talk about the election?”
“I’m a Trump man, and when I say 'Trump man,' I mean Gary Johnson," Larry said. "I know who I’m not voting for. I’ll give you the initials: Hillary Clinton.”
Larry called Trump “outrageous” and described the “choice” as, “Do I want to poop my pants or do I want someone else to poop my pants?” The three hosts cracked up as if that were the funniest joke they ever heard.
The lower-third banner read, “Who is comedian Larry the Cable Guy, backing?”
Larry went on to complain about how Trump supporters get accused of being a racist. “No matter what you say, they throw that out,” he continued, as each host looked on sympathetically.
“But you know, Hillary will be the end of the country,” Larry added. “That’s all I got to say.”
Only Fox News would take Larry the Cable Guy’s politics seriously.
