Fox & Friends LIken Obama To Hugo Chavez

Posted by Ellen -7859.80pc on March 06, 2013 · Flag

Leave it to Fox News to observe the death of a national leader by using it to hate monger against our president!

On this morning's Fox & Friends the Curvy Couch Crew discussed the segment with that noted authority on world affairs, Larry Gatlin. After running through a litany of Chavez' "socialist" ills such as "stealing from the rich," Gatlin got hearty chuckles when he mentioned Solyndra (a bankrupt solar panel company that Fox loves to hate because it received loan guarantees from the Obama administration).

Doocy said approvingly, "Oh, you see parallels between Hugo Chavez and what's going on here?"

I wonder if Gatlin will be booked on the Hannity show tonight. Maybe he could enlighten us about the sequester cuts or Iran or President Obama's upcoming trip to Israel. You know, Fox News style.

Doocy – Chavez dying was pure gold, a Fux Nuze windfall!
Gretchen – Why so?
Doocy – Our viewers forgot all about him, now we have Larry doin’ a Tweedledum, Tweedledee for us! Gold!
Gretchen – Woof!! Good one!!
Larry – Shut up and let me speak! The viewers are forgetting already!!!!

It was a little over 4 years ago that my local newspaper’s editor also compared Obama to Chavez (in his editorial endorsement of McCain for President). Yet in the last election the endorsement went to Obama (with no mention of Chavez). REALITY does have an effect. People noticed the reality that Obama is actually nothing like Chavez And capitalism is alive and thriving in the USA. Fox has lost a lot of influence over the years as they make outrageous comparisons and predictions that just don’t come true. Each day the echo chamber grows smaller and their influence dims.

To quote one of F&F’s regular pundits and the more screechy half of the Wretchin’ Gretchen dance duo, Laura Ingraham, “Hey, Gatlin – SHUT UP AND SING!” LOL!

Seriously, the F&F stooges and so many other talking heads on FOX “news” bitch and moan whenever liberal singers (and actors) make their political views known. Yet they have no problem airing the politcal spewings of conservative singers (and actors) on their network all the time (with yappers such as BOR going so far as to promote the despicable Nugent as someone the GOP should be more like). Never mind that Gatlin’s analysis and his dumb tie were quite lame. (eye roll) FOX “news” = double standard.

As for Daddy Douchey, Obama’s re-election has really sent him off the deep end. He’s gone mental with the Obama Derangement Syndrome. Bwaaah!

Today, when we talked about Chavez’s death, we dedicated an entire section of the discussion to segments like this, as well as the comments from their viewers actually making a list of who they want to go next.

Larry Gatlin is for Fux Noise viewers who find Hank Williams Jr. to be too cerebral.
