Fabio Joins Tucker Carlson To Blame Liberals For LA Crime

If you’ve been wondering what model/actor Fabio thinks about crime in Los Angeles, then this is the Fox News discussion for you! If you could not care less about what Fabio thinks, it’s worth considering just because of what passes for news analysis on Fox’s Tucker Carlson Tonight.

Carlson’s coded introduction suggested that California is no longer a great place for white people, thanks to liberals:

CARLSON: Well, for decades, California has been the promised land for Europeans hoping to make it big and many have: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Claude Van Damme Dolph Lundgren – you name it. Half the continent’s moved here and thrived. If you have the look and are hungry for fame, California is the promised land. Or was. Fabio is an Italian-born model and actor. … He says [California’s] becoming unlivable, thanks to liberal policies, in particular, the failure to support the police.

Fabio, in his new role as sociologist, announced, “California is a mess. Coming from Europe, I already saw this movie before.”

Fabio’s big beef was California’s Proposition 57, championed by Democratic Governor Jerry Brown, which is a plan to reduce prison crowding and help reward rehabilitation. The plan was approved by two-thirds of the state’s voters. As the Los Angeles Times noted, it’s “part of the state’s response to a federal court-ordered cap on the state inmate population.” The controversial parts, the Times reported,  are “parole for felons who have not been convicted of one of California's designated ‘violent’ crimes, and the creation of new good-behavior credits that all state prisoners would be eligible to earn.”

But Fabio, whose only credentials on the subject seem to include living in California and hating the governor, declared that Brown “takes the side of the criminal” instead of law enforcement.

The result, according to Fabio is an “epidemic” of crime. “Everybody’s getting burglarized, robbed,” Fabio claimed. “The police are thoroughly demoralized.”

How he knows police morale was never explained, nor did host Carlson ask for any evidence.

It is true that crime has risen in Los Angeles. But it’s a matter of debate as to whether Proposition 57 or its predecessor, Proposition 47, is to blame. Besides, the Times noted in late December that “the city remains far safer than a decade ago.”

But, not surprisingly, nobody mentioned that statistic.

Fabio can’t even tell the difference between butter and some kind of sprayable chemical concoction and someone wants his opinion about something? Pffft.

Can Tucker Carlson pull out a bigger dog whistle? California is no longer safe for Europeans? Set your hair on fire white old fart conservatives watching Fox because criminals are only coming after you! 😱

The network that endlessly throws fits over liberal celebrities spouting off on politics has no problem bringing out one of the biggest morons ever to inhabit Hollywood, has-been and 3rd tier actor Fabio.

Go back to modeling Fabio. It’s a profession where you keep your yapper shut! 👍
