While most of Fox News' reaction to Donald Trump’s press conference ranged from friendly to slobbering, anchor Shepard Smith had a vastly different reaction.

Dr. Keith Ablow, the Fox News’ “Medical A-Team” psychiatrist who has repeatedly psychoanalyzed Barack Obama’s hatred for America (without benefit of examination), has provided unique “insight” into Donald Trump’s psyche. And you could say it’s a difference of black and white.

In case you missed it, Donald Trump gave an unhinged press conference today that should be terrifying to anyone who cares about the competence, mental state and priorities of the man in the Oval Office. But to Fox News correspondent John Roberts, it was just Trump having fun.

A few hours ago, I posted that federal prosecutors have been investigating Fox News, probably because it has concealed from its shareholders payments to settle sexual harassment lawsuits. Later reporting indicates that Fox is also being investigated for conducting illegal surveillance and phone hacking of its employees.

This morning, Fox & Friends came up with another defend-Trump-on-Russia-by-attacking-Obama talking point. Lo and behold, Donald Trump tweeted the same talking point minutes later.

Federal prosecutors in New York have subpoenaed the attorney representing Andrea Tantaros in her sexual harassment suit against Fox News. The attorney believes the prosecutors are investigating the company’s attempt to hide from shareholders settlements for sexual harassment.

Nothing indicates that Donald Trump is in big trouble more than the lengths to which Sean Hannity reached in order to “defend” his beloved from the growing signs of treason in the White House.

Tuesday night, news broke that the Donald Trump aides "were in constant touch with senior Russian officials" during the 2016 presidential campaign. Amid growing concerns about Trump's murky ties to Russia, this was significant breaking news. But not to Fox News.
