Neil Cavuto Makes Up A Gas-Tax Conspiracy Theory – And Refuses To Let His Guest Debunk It
Neil Cavuto may have outdone anyone on Fox News yesterday for unfairness and unbalance. First, Cavuto concocted some kind of conspiracy theory about the misuse of federal highway funds, then he attacked his guest, Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) for not disproving the baseless accusation. But as Blumenauer tried to tell Cavuto where to find the supposedly desired proof, Cavuto refused to listen.

Bill O'Reilly loves to present himself as just one of the "folks" who is "hurt" by the government stealing his money to pay for poor (read minority) slackers on food stamps. But despite his onerous tax burden, Levittown (actually the tonier Westbury) working class hero Bill is still able to put together enough cash to be able to purchase waterfront property in Montauk, Long Island - property listed at a cool $8.5 million and that's a lot of "Benjamins" for somebody who is living hand to mouth after taxes. But the soon to be built mansion won't be Bill's fortress of solitude (no new Mrs. Bill) because Bill will be using the property as an "investment." So obviously poor Bill still has a few pennies left after that government theft!
O’Reilly Doubts Jesus ‘Would Be Down’ With Food Stamps Because It’s ‘Their Fault’ Poor Don’t Have Enough To Eat
Just one day after Bill O’Reilly proclaimed himself the chief enforcer of keeping Christ in Christmas, he attacked poor people as undeserving of food stamps. O'Reilly ignored the difficulties of the working poor – and presented himself as a victim of the system. To top it off, he suggested that Jesus Christ would agree with him.

Paging Bill O"Reilly. His very own network, a bastion of Christian tradition, has, once again, committed a very mortal sin against the baby Jesus. In open defiance of the Bill O'Reilly commandment to never, evah, use the dreaded secular word "holiday," Fox has posted a video with that very term which is, OMG, used twice! Is Fox News part of the War on Christmas. Oh, noooo....
Update - yet another egregious Fox assault on Christmas.
Sean Hannity Wishes Glenn Beck ‘Happy Holidays’
Has Sean Hannity gone over to the dark side in the War on Christmas? How else to explain his “Happy holidays” greeting to Glenn Beck last night? And why didn’t Beck stand up and object to such an attack? (H/T reader Edwin)

Now that Christmas is just around the corner, Bill O'Reilly has officially declared the opening of his "nice tradition" of hate on earth and ill will to all those Jews and atheists who hate the baby Jesus - unlike Bill who is the baby Jesus' very own emissary on earth. As Newshounds Ellen reported, Bill was off to a flying start with his campaign to demonize everybody and everything that don't satisfactorily pay homage to the birthday of "the prince of peace." (Rampant commercialization of the holiday doesn't seem to bother Bill so go figure!)And to help him spread his Christmas bile, Bill has enlisted the services of the Alliance Defending Freedom (formerly known as the Alliance Defense Fund). This group, whose members appear on Fox to validate whatever noxious agenda Fox is pushing, love Jesus - gays, not so much as seen in their opposition to same sex marriage and attempts to expose the "homosexual agenda." So is it a surprise that they would be O'Reilly's soulmates of hate?!
Read moreBill O’Reilly: Just ‘Upholding A Nice Tradition’ With His War On Christmas
Bill O’Reilly was full of malicious glee last night as he relished the official launch of his annual War on Christmas season. Oh, he’s already engaged in a few pre-season skirmishes. O’Reilly has been so consumed with the Christmas spirit that he couldn’t wait until after Thanksgiving – or even after Halloween – to initiate attacks on a public school in Wisconsin and a town in Maine. By November 1st, he had gone after a public school district in New Jersey. You could be forgiven for thinking that attacking people for not observing the holiday the way O’Reilly thinks you should is his personal reason for the season.

We live in a country where, according to the US Dept.of Agriculture, "1 in 5 children lived in a household where they or a family member did not know if they will go hungry tomorrow." But Fox News, which sees food stamp recipients as lazy slackers, doesn't seem to think that this is a problem. But now that a GOP Congresswoman is crafting a bill to address the concerns of South Dakota high school students, who are complaining about insufficient portions in their school lunches, Fox is concerned about these kids who, according to Rep. Kristi Noem, aren't getting enough to eat because of burdensome federal regulations. So the segment fits nicely with the Fox & Friends/right wing talking points about unnecessary government regulations especially those governing school lunches because, you know, freedom...
