Remember When Fox News Declared Health Care Law Unconstitutional?

Posted by Ellen -395.60pc on June 28, 2012 · Flag

You could barely hear the name "Barack Obama" on Fox News of late without hearing also about how health care reform was "crammed down" the throats of Americans in some kind of unconstitutional power grab. Do you think any Fox pundit will admit he or she was wrong now that the Supreme Court has upheld it?

As Media Matters noted, 16 Fox News hosts and analysts, including Fox's legal analysts Peter Johnson and Kimberly Guilfoyle, had declared the Affordable Care Act unconstituional. One picture is worth a thousand words.

Ricky/Tawdry seems to forget that his powerful lyin of legislation just barely held onto his seat in a primary with a bagger who’d have been even more isolated in the senate than borin orrin was. And we forget too that along with mindlessness being a constitutional scholar is a prerequisite of employment at Fux Noise. Just ask any of them, and probably their audience of geriatric drooling zombies as well. I tried to read some of the sites from lower wingnutistan but the intense spin was making me nauseous. The knot in their collective knickers is positively Gordian.

Fux Noise will just double down on their stupidity. Just because the Congress, the President and the Supreme Court have ruled favorably on Affordable Healthcare doesn’t make it right in the Fux Nation of hate.

Not just no, but hell no. And I predict that some stupid FoxGOPTV puke will claim that President Obama threatened to kill Justice Roberts’ kid if he didn’t rule in Obama’s favor.

@mj, almost a perfect impersonation of ignorant teabagger goddess palin. Just sprinkle in a few big words that don’t fit in and a few more also, too, and betchas and then it’ll be perfect.

@Ellen: “I think I just heard an announcer say that Palin will be on Fox tonight offering her “insights” into the ruling.”

A preview:

“Well, I just wanna say that I think that how this is a dark day for freedom in America and how it’s just one more example of how the liberals just aren’t in tune with real America because of their entitlement mindset also since this is another way Obama is waging class warfare due to his hatred of the rich and you really have to wonder about how somebody is always flying around the world making apologies for America while his wife isn’t proud of her country but I believe real Americans will stand up in November, you betcha.”

Let the “traitor” calls begin! Just saw a tweet that said Brent Bozell called Roberts a “traitor to his philosophy.” That didn’t take long.

@Aria Prescott Let me give it a shot Aria. In my opinion, when Foxies use the term “freedom”, they usually mean freedom for corporations — especially the major oil, insurance and pharmaceutical companies — to RIP OFF AND PRICE-GOUGE working class people (including me) left and right. Now as far as that BS “People V. The Constitution” that was aired last night, I find that VERY IRONIC — don’t Foxies and neocons usually use the Constitution to wipe the crap from their behinds after taking a dump?

POTUS speaking now.

From Rick Patel’s comment:

“…and, in the Senate, powerful lions of leglislation like Orrin Hatch to fight for us.”

ROTFLMAO!

I’ve got news for you Ricky boy — like all rightwingers in Congress today, Orrin Hatch is “lion” his a*s off 24/7/365.

:^)

I like how a lot of them are calling this “a dark day for freedom.”

Care to explain that one to me? It’s almost as stupid as that “People V. The Constitution” crap they aired last night.

@ez I hate to break this to you ez, but my gut feeling says you’ll see pigs fly before that happens.

It could be a ratings bonanza for Fox. What they need to do is have an hour long special. Hanitty gets waterboarded and O’Reilly makes his apology for being an idiot.

Ka-Ching!

It’s hilarious watching the Foxies emphasize over and over that SCOTUS called the mandate a tax but Obama insisted it wasn’t. Like this means it’s not a huge victory for team Obama?

Awww, poor little twatty/pRick. You thought you were going to come here today and gloat, didn’t ya. LOL! Another letdown for twatty/pRick.

The truth is, the neocons are very upset. How dare the Supreme Court rule in favor of the law instead of bowing down to the racist Obama haters.

The Supreme Court’s decision is a smack in the ugly faces of neocons, but it’s a huge progressive step forward for Americans!

They will try to spin their way out of this, but the world knows them now. And the world laughs at them

@Twatty/Rick: “We have reality shows, sled races, & prayer to sustain us . . . "

And, they can all be found on one network: Fox {sometimes even in the same show} . . .
