People who post derogatory remarks about such an iconic figure like Andy Griffith should have their internet accounts shut down. Morons….

Oh, and for the record, I’m a conservative, but I think these people who were posting negative stuff about Andy Griffith have crossed several lines and should be shut down.

I’m not surprised at the hate displayed at the FokkksNashun cesspool by the racist hatefilled pigs who live there. I remember a couple of years ago when an “e-vile Hollywood librul” died, (I can’t remember who it was), the pigs at FokkksNashun were disgusting, saying they can hardly wait until all e-vile Hollywood libruls die painful deaths.

Andy Griffith was one of my favorites. One of his most memorable roles was Lonesome Rhodes. I’m sure that role is why the FokkksNashun pigs hated him. Griffith showed them what was going to happen to their mini-god batshitcrazy beckkk.

Hating on the late Andy Griffith is well passed “unhinged” on the hate scale. The one post eludes that Andy Griffith was likable until the poster found out he was a democrat. They cannot see beyond their hatred for democrats and Obama to give a genuinely talented man his due. Yes, Kyer….“selfish” is the perfect word.

Sheriff Andy once tried to explain to Barney why Otis drank. I do believe Andy would explain the TeaPublicans in much the same way, “Some people like to knit, other folks like to collect stamps. TeaPublicans’ hobby is hating.”

These bible thumping halleluia shouting people are out of control with their hate.
If we somehow don’t stop them they will run around the streets with heavy guns and blast anyone away who either looks different or doesn’t think like they do.
And they have the nerve to call themselves Americans and Christians. Every day this country gets more scary to live in.

Such polarization and dehumanizing of the other side is killing this country.

Mr. Griffith did an internet ad with Ron Howard and Henry Winkler in 08 supporting Obama and did a pro health care ad. He was a lifelong Democrat.

I loved the Andy Griffith Show, especially during the Don Knotts years. When I heard yesterday that he had died I gave out a long and sad noooo.

Look Fox Nation I didn’t agree with the politics of John Wayne or Jimmy Stewart, but I loved their movies. At least put your hate aside for one day and take the time to honor someone who brought us so much laughter and love.

If any TV program ever demonstrated positive family values, it was the Andy Griffith show. Maybe Fox now thinks such values are provided by programs such as the new one by Bristol Palin…

I simply think that Andy Griffith was a good person. A bit of a geek at times, but a genuine person with the charming innocence of a child.
