As you might have guessed from the comments, Andrea Tantaros delivered the most Outrageous Quote of the Week on Fox last week, for her statement "just wondering" if President Obama's 15 year-old daughter is going on birth control.

So I’m just wondering, at 15 years old, is the Obama daughter, Malia, going to go on birth control? Are they gonna put her on birth control? Because he’s very concerned with contraceptives and pharmaceuticals that are going in the mouths of everybody else’s 15-year-old daughter.
Based on our unscientific poll, Penny Nance, arguing that the Age of Reason led to the Holocaust, came in second.
Unfortunately, the poll I used only tabulated 100 votes, though 338 were received. I'm not sure if they were the first 100, last 100 or some other arrangement.
