While Fox News is not officially part of the Republican Party, it is their media mouthpiece (their out-house organ?!). As such, Fox will never, evah give credit to President Obama for anything that he does. He could be walking with Jesus and they would accuse him of taking Jesus hostage. Their hatred for Obama was reflected in their disappointment over Syria's agreement to relinquish chemical weapons, a move which they framed as a "humiliating defeat" for this country. Jon Stewart took on this latest anti-Obama meme and in so doing provided a perfect description of Fox News.
After showing a montage of Fox clips, Stewart asked “If we caught Charlie Manson, who gives a sh*t who gets the collar?” He continued: “And I get that Fox opposes a Syria peace plan because its motus operandi is to foment dissent in the form of a relentless and irrational contrarianism to Barack Obama and all things Democratic to advance its ultimate objective of creating a deliberately misinformed body politic whose fear, anger, mistrust and discontent is the manna upon which it sustains its parasitic succubus-like existence.”
Ain't that the truth!
And if you're interested in the "parasite," on the Fox logo, you can find out all about it here.
So appropriate for FNC.
