Fox host Neil Cavuto called Trump-loving John Ratzenberger “one of the biggest stars ever.”
Cavuto’s complete over-the-top introduction was jaw dropping:
CAVUTO: John Ratzenberger’s quickly become one of the biggest stars ever. He’s been in like every Pixar movie, his voice is recognized the world over. But when it comes to his political choices, who he wants to be for president, that distinct voice has been silent. He has not indicated who he will support for president. Right now, there’s so many things to get him on this show exclusively, for you America, and for you somewhere, Justin Bieber, Mr. Ratzenberger is going to announce who he wants to be the next president of the United States.
Even Ratzenberger seemed a bit nonplussed by the introduction.
“Could you be a little more dramatic? I kind of built this up,” Cavuto said as the interview began.
“You did a heck of a job,” Ratzenberger agreed.
Then he embarked on his endorsement of Trump.
RATZENBERGER: It’s the issue that I’ve been barking about for 15 years now, and I want us to become self-reliant again. Manufacturing is the backbone of the United States of America, there’s no question about that. It’s not actors, it’s not Justin Bieber. I know that’s a surprise and a shock, but we’re not the backbone. It’s people that get up in the morning, and put their hands to something useful, and so my issue has always been let’s bring back shop classes to schools so kids can grow up to be self-reliant. Now the only candidate out there is Donald Trump for me because he’s a builder. He understands better than anybody that if we lose the people, whose average age is 58 years old by the way, of people that actually know how to build things. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, and we don’t have anybody coming up behind them. So Donald Trump’s the only candidate for me.
“That’s pretty dramatic,” Cavuto said, appreciatively.
Does anyone care who this guy endorses? Also, if Fox thought he might endorse Clinton, would he have appeared on Your World? I doubt it.
