OMG, it is shocking I say. Truly shocking that a member of Fox News' "medical A team," Dr. Manny Alvarez titled his article "Protecting Your Heart During the Holidays." Hasn't he gotten the Fox News message that the word is "Christmas" because, according to Bill O'Reilly that's the only thing that is celebrated this time of year. What's even more shocking is that he repeated this obscenity nine times. Oh, the humanity.
Blasphemy!

Do you like this post?
Come on now wouldn’t you love to have a doormat from Bile’s crap store.
Instead of playing this yearly nonsense of what we call a stupid tree or what some department store calls it sale, just once I would like to see Bill and everyone at Fox direct its energy and focus on helping those who are less fortunate and in need this time of the year, and make sure that every kid has a present to open, while seeing to it that those who are hungry are feed. Not just one day, but everyday.
I seriously doubt a higher power or being would care what we call it, and would instead want everyone to give or volunteer what time you can give to local charities. Not give your money to Bill by buying meaningless stuff from The Factors gift catalog.

Really, Doc?
How about a couple of wines, preferably intravenously?
The good ol’ doc goes on to recommend another dose of poison.
Then, people sit down for a big meal, and their blood pressure shoots up. In some cases, the heart canât handle all the strain goes into cardiac arrest.
This can be especially dangerous for people who arenât necessarily âdrinkers,â but choose to imbibe during the holidays, because it can be a shock to their system.
To minimize your risks of a heart attack this season, you should avoid excessive eating and drinking, and try to pre-hydrate the day before a big party. Make sure to get in plenty of sodium and potassium.
Gee, doc. How about we stick to drinking Margaritas and eating plenty of salty pretzels and peanuts?
