Sheriff Joe, Arpaio, formerly the world’s most famous anti-Hispanic bigot, has nothing but praise for Donald Trump overtaking him as the current title holder.
Many conservatives have been aghast at Trump's bigoted Trump’s bigoted attacks on federal judge Gonzalo Curiel, the Hispanic judge in charge of the fraud case against Trump University. But there’s nothing not to love if you’re Arpaio!
ARPAIO: He’s not a slave to the teleprompter. He’s the type of guy that speaks out. Sometimes his words are twisted. …At least he has the guts to speak out and backup what he says. …We need a guy that is brave, that doesn’t fall into these politics or the media.
As Raw Story pointed out, “Arpaio was ordered last week to pay detainees at least $1,000 apiece in a racial profiling case against his department. He also faces the possibility of being charged with contempt of court.”
In other words, he's Trump's kind of guy!
Watch Arpaio praise Trump below, from the June 7 Your World.
He sure was last night, Joe:
Donald Trump’s Most Politically Correct Speech (Aided by a TelePrompter)
On Tuesday night, Donald Trump managed to make it a whole news cycle without insulting any ethnic groups or making any of his endorsers embarrassed to associate with him.
Still reeling from the mess he created with a nakedly prejudicial attack on a federal judge, but also celebrating primary victories in a race that no one else is contesting, the presumptive Republican nominee stepped behind a microphone at a golf club in New York and delivered what Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post called “a speech meant for one audience and with one message. The audience was the Republican establishment—led by Speaker Paul D. Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The message: I get it. I need to do and be better. I can.”
Trump used a teleprompter and adopted a speaking style markedly different from his own. His remarks weren’t without barbs. He attacked Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. But he did so in the way that all Republicans attack partisan rivals.
He sounded like… well, like a typical politician.
Well, Sheriff — that’s what race-baiting and racial profiling will do to you: it hinders your ability to keep up with current events . . .

I am not kidding. For the KKK this is as close as any major presidential candidate has ever been open and casual about being a bigot. For the closet bigots in the GOP, privately they like it. But they can’t show it and they know that.
