Michelle Malkin is a hyprocrite, she supports legalization of marijuana not just medicinal, but tries to enforce her beliefs others? That’s like saying if you “Dont support pork vote for a ban”, or if you disagree with catholicism “support a ban”. Talk about selectively choosing freedom of choice, most folks would agree that it is possible marijuana could have undesirable side effects though some may argue its not as dangerous as folks people, I agree, but can civil gay marriage raise your blood pressure, heartbeat, etc, Nope, it doesn’t hurt your health or anybody else.
Of course marriage itself is discriminatory, why should singles pay more taxes than married couples, if we have anti-discrimination laws regarding employment, housing, insurance, credit in martial status, why should we have discrimination in criminal law, social security, taxation, immigration, inheritance, welfare, pensions, health insurance, etc
By the same token, married couples find themselves in a trap when the realize that in certain circumstances, getting legally married comes with its consequences, mind you not the responsibilities, but discrimination in certain aspects of welfare, taxation, depending on income, situational aspects, state laws, family size and structure, etc
Marriage itself is the real enemy, I understand that it won’t take overnight to fix the problem, so same-sex couples want access to the same equal-rights. Not only is malkin a hypocrite, she’s a damn if you do, damn if you don’t. She’ll criticize obama for supporting the olympics in the usa, and if he doesn’t do it, she’ll be like “why wasn’t he doing that instead of doing golf”. never anything positive.
Such as a shame, she could use her positive energy to also criticize the partisanship and hypocrisy of her own party and demonstrate independence. Instead she is just being another token fox news gop person with a loudmouth.
