Lou Dobbs had some stiff competition last week but his claim that the Obama administration "orchestrated" the child immigration crisis was the winner of our latest Fox News Outrageous Quote of the Week poll.

To refresh your memory, here's what Dobbs said:

This is not simply the cartels, the human smugglers. This looks to be – the (Obama) administration has been accused of orchestrating this in coordination with the government of Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador… I think there’s no doubt about it.
