Yesterday, President Obama spoke out against Russia's anti-gay legislation and, at the same time, rejected calls for an Olympics boycott by cheering on gay and lesbian athletes to defeat the homophobia via superior sportsmanship: “One thing I’m really looking forward to is maybe some gay and lesbian athletes bringing home the gold or silver or bronze, which i think would go a long way in rejecting the kind of attitudes were seeing there. And if Russia doesn’t have gay or lesbian athletes, it’ll probably make their team weaker.” Fox's resident Christian Crusader Todd Starnes was watching and he took to this Twitter account with a series of mocking tweets that I'm sure Jesus would have loved - not.

Any day now some gays will want the right to be accepted as … oh … err … Well OK, look at it this way, if I decide to jump into a cesspool should I expect anything better than death-by-chocolate … ? I ask ya …
Jones would have a PhD in propaganda, if that were possible. But he has absolutely no ability to employ it- If anything, he just sounds dumber by the second when he tries actually using it. It’s mind boggling how he could know how to play people better than all the characters on “Mad Men,” lecture his expertise like a Harvard professor, yet have no ability whatsoever to do it.
Starnes, on the other hand… Has the mind-Boggling ability to be even stupider than Glenn Beck about that kind of thing when he tries to explain it. But OMFG, he’s like the kid from Shine when it comes to using it. Either that, or he knows to do the polar opposite of what he explains, because he can get people worked UP, despite proving he doesn’t have the first clue how to do what he does.
Seriously… I felt it was time to start pointing that out.
