I’m no fan of Jeanine Pirro but I’m probably even less of a fan of Kim Kardashian. So I got a huge kick out of Pirro's withering verdict on Kardashian. I loved every word. Best line: “Even most toasters have a 90-day warranty.”

Fox’s Judge Jeanine Pirro Suggests The U.S. “Revisit” The First Amendment
Fox News host and birther Jeanine Pirro shocked her own conservative guest when, in a discussion about the assassination of American-born Al Qaeda member, Anwar Al-Awlaki, she eagerly suggested the United States “revisit,” i.e. scale back, the First Amendment as a protection against jihadists.

Bachmann Backs Off From Birtherism. Will Fox News? Follow?
Michele Bachmann appeared on Good Morning America this morning where host George Stephanopoulos showed her the evidence that “Judge” Jeanine Pirro and Sean Hannity never manage to find: President Obama’s birth certificate certified by the State of Hawaii, with a seal, and authenticated by FactCheck.org (PolitiFact made a similar investigation and came to the same conclusion). When confronted with the evidence this morning, Bachmann agreed that “should settle it” and “I guess it’s over.” Will Fox News follow her lead? And how firm was her declaration anyway?

Judge Jeanine Pirro Blind To The Overwhelming Evidence About President Obama’s Birth Certificate
It’s bad enough that a slew of Fox News pundits have disingenuously thrown themselves in with Donald Trump’s completely, utterly and unequivocally debunked conspiracy theory about President Obama’s birth certificate. But Pirro is there, according to Fox News, to present “her legal insights on the news of the week, current high profile cases, as well as recent issues and trends in the world of crime and justice.” One would think it goes without saying that a former judge and district attorney who hosts a show called “Justice with Judge Jeanine” would rise above the political fray, recognize credible evidence and have the gumption to stand up for truth. But, sadly, for at least the second time in two weeks, Pirro turned a blind eye to the mountain of evidence against Trump’s “controversies.” The only real unanswered questions are whether Pirro did so deliberately or out of shocking ineptitude. The other question is, of course, why Fox News has allowed her to continue that misinforming, misleading course.

As News Hounds Ellen pointed out, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro is a former judge who should "know how to recognize credible evidence and have the gumption to stand up for truth." When she recently (4/9/11) interviewed Sarah Palin, she asked Palin to opine about Donald Trump's investigation of President Obama's birth certificate. Palin said that Trump is employing researchers to find out why "President Obama would have spent $2 million dollars to not show his birth certificate." Pirro asked Palin what she thought about "the fact that the President is refusing to show his birth certificate and I've heard that number before, $2 million dollars that he's spending to not have to show the birth certificate." Not only was the former judge advancing Trump's birther allegations; but she was validating a birther lie being spread by the radical right wing, mother of all birther media, "World Net Daily."
