Fox’s Pastor Jeffress Attacks ‘Namby-Pamby, Panty-Waisted’ Christians Not Voting For Trump ‘Out Of Moral Principle’

Pastor Robert Jeffress didn’t exactly sound like a paragon of Christianity when he went into a snit at the thought of conservatives voting their consciences and not for Donald Trump.

Appearing on the Hannity show tonight, Jeffress became apoplectic at the very thought that a Christian’s conscience might not be in sync with his idea of political correctness:

JEFFRESS: I am getting sick and tired of these namby-pamby, panty-waisted weak-kneed Christians who say they’re gonna stay at home in November out of moral principle.

Will you please tell me what great moral principle there is in the universe that would allow a prohibition, anti-religious liberty candidate like Hillary Clinton to become the president?

I believe any conservative Christian who refuses to vote or throws away his vote in November is nothing but a hypocrite.

Got that? Jeffress thinks that moral convictions are for sissies – because religious freedom!

Who's really the hypocrite?

Watch Fox News contributor Jeffress throw a finger-wagging hissy fit over people practicing their faith below, from the September 9, 2016 Hannity.

“…namby-pamby, panty-waisted…”

Only very strange ‘people’ still use language like this.
Jeffress certainly fits that description.

I’d like to be a fly on the wall on election day to see the look on the pastor’s face when his wife tells him, “I voted for Hillary.”.

“Will you please tell me what great moral principle there is in the universe that would allow a prohibition, anti-religious liberty candidate like Hillary Clinton to become the president?”

Well, Bob — maybe it was the “great moral principle” of not wanting a man (Donald Drumpf) who had an affair that produced a child out of wedlock with the woman who became his second wife (Marla Maples) to become president.

Just a guess, though.

Doubt the good pastor realizes that the Good Lord is watching & listening. Don’t believe He has much to say about this hypocrite ~ except not tending properly to his flock. Maybe Hillary is correct with her accusations re Trump’s supporters. What a sad time we live in.

Methinks Pastor Jeffress got a tad overwrought here. I mean, what the heck is a “prohibition, anti-religious liberty candidate” exactly? Google “hillary clinton prohibition” and you get mostly stuff on marijuana. I doubt Fox News, America’s Reefer Madness Channel, isn’t against marijuana “prohibition.” ;^)

Then we get to the typical Fox News Christian persecution nonsense confusing freedom of religion in American and political policy-making. You’d think Hillary is proposing building a wall to keep Christians out and redirect ICE to their mass deportation. When in fact, freedom to worship as a Christian hasn’t changed one iota in my lifetime!

Take abortion as an example of what I’m saying. I don’t want to get into a huge discussion on abortion but there’s nothing about it explicitly in the Bible about it. Certainly, you can broad brush and say it’s murder or try to misinterpret Mosaic Law on miscarriages. Yet there’s an unconventional but reasonable argument Jewish contemporaries to the writing of the Old and New Testaments were familiar with abortifacients yet there is no explicit declaration regarding abortion. And then there’s the “ordeal of the bitter water” in the Hebrew Bible which can be interpreted as abortion.

Point being, even for people of the Christian faith, the issue of abortion can be debated as a religious matter so it’s reasonable to say the religious freedom argument cuts both ways. Eh, “fair and balanced” Fox News?

The evil spirit of Elmer Gantry lives on in these phony TV preachers like Jeffress, Hagee, Robertson and Bakker. Eventually, they get caught screwing their secretary on their desk or with their dong stuck in a glory hole in a men’s public restroom.

Let us have the floor.

“Pastor” Robert Jeffress is a certified fool. This so-called “pastor” has the nerve to talk about morality while appearing on a network filled with sex scandals involving Nixon Trainee Ailes, other suits and mouthpieces. But that doesn’t bother this so-called “Christian.” He would appear on the Playboy Channel regularly if they gave him airtime. He’s a hypocrite.

The masses at First Baptist Church, Dallas in Texas should demand that their “pastor” not appear on this sex scandal network, or walk out and find another church. He has no problem appearing on the House of Demons network.

NOTE TO MEMBERS OF FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

Take your money and find another church to attend. Your pastor has no problem appearing on this wicked network that has sexually harassed female employees for years.

It’s painfully obvious that this pastor is a hypocrite. He stands there in the pulpit talking about morality, and he continues to appear on a immoral network filled with wickedness. To get an idea of what this place is like, read Mark 7:20-23.
