Fox's Martha MacCallum Suggests ObamaCare Worse Than Hurricane Katrina Or Iraq War

Posted by Brian -4pc on November 25, 2013 · Flag

On today's America's Newsroom, host Martha MacCallum compared the Affordable Care Act ("ObamaCare") to Hurricane Katrina and the Iraq War. Guess which one she thought was more damaging to a presidency?

MacCallum said to guest Brit Hume, “Unlike other issues, Katrina or the Iraq war that we’ve seen in the past second term, this is something that touches so many peoples lives across the country, and you don’t know whether the President is going to be able to successfully dodge it.”

Hume replied, “No you don’t, and as you look at everything, looking out from today, it looks as if the forecast is for more heavy weather on Obamacare. …This is a real set of headwinds… This website may never be quite right which ….extends the burden of this out indefinitely.

Over the weekend, Neil Cavuto compared the Affordable Care Act to the Titanic. Now Fox is comparing people affected by health care reform to people who died in either a massive hurricane or a long war. Only on Fox.
