I’ve previously written about the bigotry and intolerance of Gavin McInnes, a regular Fox News guest. He seems to relish insulting groups of people – and Fox News keeps inviting him back. Earlier this week, McInnes attacked Cosmos host and astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson for speaking out about his experiences with racial profiling.
As I wrote in my post on Addicting Info, McInnes’ attack was gratuitous and off subject. Yet none of the other Fox News panelists objected.
Watch McInnes’ June 3rd racial rant against Tyson below. Read more about his bigoted background on Addicting Info.

I have to give credit to someone on Democratic Underground (a few years back) for this. (S)he pointed out that over-the-air Fox has shows like the Simpsons (and now Cosmos) on it that sometimes promote heretical (i.e, not right wing) views. And then there’s Fox “News,” which often argues against the views promoted on the Simpsons and Cosmos. The writer concluded that Fox is like “a conservative idiot perpetual motion machine.”

It seems Lad McInnes has broken the house rule of “Thy shall not attack a Fox Television host, or show publicly, while employed by the parent company.”
Ruthless Rupy will not be happy, and Lad Gavin will be warned that the next rant will cost him his job at Fox “News” Channel.
Millions of dollars were spent in pre-production, production, post production, publicity, crew, rentals, marketing costs, etc. in launching the Fox Television series, Cosmos. And Ruthless will not sit back and watch his own employees destroy one of his shows.
Gutman better pray he does pick up the phone, and hear those words. “Murdoch here.” If Gutman values his position at Fox, which we know he does, he will think twice about ranting against his employer’s other Fox Television shows.
Former Fox “News” employee Steven Crowder found that out the hard way. Now he is blacklisted.
NOTE TO MCINNES
Lad, we should snitch to Murdoch about you attacking a Fox Television series host.
See if you approve of this memo. It’s a rough draft:
To Rupert Murdoch:
Fox News contributor Gavin McInnes recently mocked on Red Eye show, “Cosmos” host Neil deGrasse Tyson on comments he made on MSNBC about racial profile, and other topics related to science.
McInnes’ comments are damaging to the “Cosmos” series, which is slated to enter into its second season.
As an employee of 21st Century Fox, his criticism of other Fox Television shows, and its host must be addressed.

Dr. Tyson has put himself at the top of of Fox’s (s)hit list by calling out climate change deniers and making them look foolish. He will not be forgiven.
On another note, if you want to see some real fawning, check out FN’s treatment of Ben Carson.

“In 2001, US President George W. Bush appointed Tyson to serve on the Commission on the Future of the United States Aerospace Industry and in 2004 to serve on the President’s Commission on Implementation of United States Space Exploration Policy, the latter better known as the “Moon, Mars, and Beyond” commission. Soon afterward he was awarded the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal, the highest civilian honor bestowed by NASA."
Yeah, McInnes is right about all those white people fawning over Tyson.

In Fox News’ world, racial profiling is something minorities made up. Of course, they also have a jackass who’s still preaching that men are better than women because of how they react to being raped/molested.
Yeah, that’s still going on, as well.

And yet McInnes keeps getting invited back on Fox.
