As part of its "All-American New Year" last night, Fox News' Phil Keating approached a drunk celebrant. "Well, hello there, tall drink of water," he said to a young woman, "Say something to the nation. Her response is definitely not safe for work. Nor for the "family show" Keating claimed to be part of.
The "tall drink of water" told Keating, as an on-screen clock counted down the last minutes of 2013, "We've got five minutes of 2014 and we're gonna fuck shit up!"
Keating replied, "Whoa, you gotta watch your language now. This is a family show, babe!"
"That's alittle bit of the adventure of live television, everybody," he later explained to the viewers.

In contrast, on New Years Rockin’ Eve, they didn’t interview anyone who was as obviously drunk as those two lovely young “ladies.”

The lesson learned is next year make god damn sure they’re on tape delay when you interview someone on the street so they can edit and delete anyone who would say that kind of shit live.

Well, it’s a good thing that the majority of the FoxNoise audience was already sound asleep by the time the show aired; otherwise, there’d be tens of millions of complaints (FoxNoise does like to boast about how their “massive” viewership) to the FCC.
And, it would be truly interesting to watch FoxNoise have to balance defending a “live” broadcast with its “reputation” for being “family-friendly.”
