Of all our Fox News Outrageous Quote of the Week winners, Donald Rumsfeld may well be THE most deserving. This disgraced war monger had the nerve to go on Fox News and not just smear President Obama in the middle of a delicate situation in Afghanistan, not just express more sympathy for Afghanistan's president than our own - but to go on and compare our president - unfavorably - to a trained ape.

To refresh your memory, Rumsfeld told an unchallenging Greta Van Susteren, on Fox's On The Record:

“A trained ape could get a status of forces agreement. It does not take a genius. And we have so mismanaged that relationship."

Rumsfeld won our poll with 102, or 42%, of the 242 total votes cast.
