Does Ben Carson Have A New Answer About Whether A Muslim Should Be President?

Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson suggested he wanted to revise his controversial comments about whether a Muslim can be president. But Sean Hannity squelched it.

In Part 2 of his softball interview with Carson last night, Hannity celebrated Carson’s remark that he was criticized for saying, on Meet The Press: “I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not agree with that.”

Hannity announced, “As we have seen now in recent weeks, the outsider candidates continue to surge in the polls, leaving many of the career politicians scratching their head. But what’s behind this movement? Now, many believe it’s their refusal to be politically correct. Take a look."

The second clip showed Carson advocating against putting “a Muslim in charge of this nation.”

“I’ve already interviewed you about the comments you made,” Hannity said supportively. “I don’t want to go down and ask you the same questions every time you’re on the program.”

Carson laughed and said, “But I know the answers now.”

“You gave me the answer already,” Hannity said. “So otherwise we’re just rehashing the last interview.” In fact, Hannity all but handed Carson a script in order to push him into "tempering" his remarks about a Muslim president.

A real interviewer would have jumped at the chance to learn whether Carson had anything to add on the subject or if he had changed his mind in any way. But Hannity was more interested in promoting his anti-politically correct narrative than in anything Carson might be thinking.

Watch it below, from the October 5 Hannity.

Even though he is considered an extraordinary surgeon, I would be very afraid to go under his knife. If he knew my political standing he would surely lobotomise me. The good doctor is a creep of a human being.

The doctor won’t be the GOP presidential nominee. He is wasting his time. He should be at a hospital performing surgeries.

The Elite Washington GOP Power Machine have decided who the nominee will be and it won’t be the good doctor nor Trumpster.

Ed, go take a long walk off a short pier, please.

You might want to go ask Kim Davis why she won’t do her job and issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. She’s a “public official” who, presumably, took an oath of office promising “to preserve, protect and defend the US Constitution” but she’s deliberately chosen to flout that very Constitution with her defiance of a Supreme Court decision.

There’s even a story of a dental technician working for an Air Force dentist’s office—well, she was working; she was fired. You know why? She’s Hindu, and she dared to report religious-based harassment from her “Christian” boss—despite all sorts of Federal laws the boss violated (not to mention several military directives banning such proselytizing and harassment).. Oh, and she was also accused of “being a witch.” BY HER BOSS. (http://www.airforcetimes.com/story/military/2015/10/05/air-force-dental-technician-accused-witch/73398304/ )

But go on with your irrational anti-Muslim bullshit. We all know who the real problem is. (They have the audacity to claim they follow the teachings of Jesus. But few of their actions display that.)

Teabagging GOPiggies praise Uncle Ben to pollsters. But when the voting starts, there is no way they are going to put another black man in their White House. Uncle Ben’s actual votes will pale in comparison to his poll numbers. Don’t act surprised when that happens in Iowa, New Hampshire and especially South Carolina.

Would Huckabee defend my right to say Jesus was a fraud?

All public officials in America promise to preserve, protect and defend the US Constitution. Can any Muslim preserve, protect and defend my right to say Mohammed is the Anti-Christ, Mohammed is the devil incarnate, Mohammed was a false prophet. I fail to see how any Muslim can do that, Sharia notwithstanding.
