Bill O’Reilly Announces A Jihad Against People Who Don’t Hate Muslims Enough

Posted by Ellen -7842.60pc on April 26, 2013 · Flag

Bill O’Reilly’s Tip of the Day last night was about the importance of respecting people with other opinions. “Strong beliefs are good…. But disliking people with whom you disagree is destructive,” he said. That’s the segment that closes The O’Reilly Factor. So what to make of his diatribe against everyone he disagrees with at the opening of his show? The list of targets began with the obviously grieving mother of the Tsarnaev bombing suspects, moved on to an MSNBC pundit, then the “radicalized” university system and concluding with the announcement that he is beginning a jihad against any “high-profile person starts to spout gibberish about deadly terrorism.”

What he meant, of course, was any high-profile person who isn’t anti-Muslim enough. And we know whom he had in mind:

There is no question that many on the left are very disappointed that two suspects in the terror bombings are Muslim.

As an example of the supposed idiocy, O’Reilly played a clip of the wailing Tsarnaev's mother. Instead of sympathy for a woman who has just lost one son, whose other son may be put to death and whose family has been fingered as international villains – perhaps via circumstances that had little or nothing to do with her – O’Reilly chose to mock and denigrate her as one of the “crazy people who deny reality” that “Islamic jihad is a threat to the world.”

Next, he ridiculed an MSNBC pundit for saying that the way O’Reilly and Charles Krauthammer have been talking are precursors to the “Obama’s a secret Muslim” meme.

Shaking his head, O’Reilly said, “Hard to believe that person is given a national platform by NBC News.”

Oh, really? In that case, Bill, you’ll want to check out the Hannity show's recent guest, Bill Cunningham, and while you're at it, you should really pay a little visit to Fox host Andrea Tantaros because each of them have actually revived that smear this week - via the same national platform you use. And while you haven’t made that actual smear, you just hint that Obama's somehow "too Muslim" by “just wondering” why Obama won’t say “Islamic jihad.” As if that has anything to do with how Obama actually prosecutes the war on terror. Which, I can’t help but notice, you’re still avoiding discussing.

Instead, it was on to O’Reilly’s next target, American universities, “now so radicalized, it’s absurd.” Get it? O’Reilly is suggesting – some might call it a precursor to saying – that universities are of a piece with or maybe even incubators for Islamic terrorists.

O’Reilly concluded by saying:

So Talking Points is going on a jihad of another stripe. Every time, every time, a high profile person starts to spout gibberish about deadly terrorism, I will embarrass that person on this broadcast. Public opinion’s the only way to stop this madness.

You might want to start by looking in the mirror, Bill. Because you’re not just spouting gibberish, you’re embarrassing yourself at the same time.

Really, BillO?

You interviewed EVERYBODY on “the left” and came to that conclusion?

O’Reilly’s rant somehow forgot that Muslims are not responsible for many of the outrageous murders and attacks we’ve seen over the past ten years. The DC snipers were not Muslims, but their situation was similar to the Tsarnaevs. The guy who murdered the kids in Norway was actually anti-Muslim and stated his position as such. Jared Loughner, James Holmes and Adam Lanza weren’t Muslims. Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols weren’t Muslims. But Bill O’Reilly would have us believe that the real threat is from the Muslims. Go figure.

Even stranger was the inclusion midway through the show of Glenn Beck’s odd consipiracy theories. Beck is of course still obsessed with the Saudi student who was questioned and released. Beck doesn’t seem to understand that Homeland Security could show him as a person of interest while questioning him and then drop the status after determining he wasn’t involved with anything. I wonder if this was the big reveal that Beck was threatening last week – when he demanded that President Obama obey him OR ELSE by this past Monday…

Does anyone know why O’Reilly always says “NBC News” instead of “MSNBC” when he talks about the personalities on that channel? Is he trying to paint Brian Williams with the same brush?

These segments were just two more reasons, except for watching some clips on sites like these, I have seen less than five minutes of Faux since the Boston bombings. It is just too damm predictable. Faux rallying the old-aged American far-right to jihad and fatwas for anyone who doesn’t detests Muslims or gives them enough blame on media platforms. Since Boston, it seems to be non-stop Muslim bashing, anti-abortion screeds and liberal indoctrination in the schools. The topper is Faux trying to hold the FBI responsible for Boston, and coming up with some link to tie to Pres. Obama and Eric Holder. I never knew Faux held the FBI in such low regard.

Fear not fellow Hounds. The War on Memorial Day should be starting real soon.

Whenever Billdoe goes to “embarrass that person on this broadcast”, the Andrea story should get louder and louder.

Since the Boston Marathon bombing, Fux Noise has ratcheted up the fear and hatred. They keep it simple for their goober teabagging viewers.
1. Muslims are all anti-American.
2. President Obama is a secret Muslim.
3. Ergo, President Obama is anti-American.

Three more years of this partisan crap is more than we should have to endure.

Fox and other RW extremists have so many people programmed now I have to hand it to them. They have their agenda planned out and they are proceeding on pace. Our outrage means nothing to them and it truly doesn’t affect them in the slightest. This web site is just something they laugh at, and day by day they use pathos to get adherents. Americans are easily scared.

Amusing because Mr. O’Reilly actually seems to think he has the power to hurt people. He doesn’t (but let’s not tell him.)
