Fox News just happened to display a large banner touting Donald Trump’s re-election slogan as part of a discussion accusing CNN’s Don Lemon of disrespecting Trump supporters. As if part of Fox’s mission statement isn’t to belittle and denigrate Democrats and the left at every opportunity.

Today is probably the final day of the Trump impeachment trial as Republicans are almost certain to vote to end the trial without witnesses and give Trump a pass on his anti-American behavior.

After rejection by Chief Justice John Roberts and some of his own colleagues for trying to out the whistleblower in an impeachment trial question, Sen. Rand Paul ran to his safe space on Fox News. There, he freely sabotaged Trump’s impeachment with disinformation that was validated by “straight news” anchor Martha MacCallum.

If The New York Times is correct, this will probably be the last day of the Trump impeachment trial as Republicans vote against witnesses and try to sweep Trump’s wrongdoing under the rug. But will Bolton speak out on his own? Under subpoena from the House?

Alan Dershowitz, the attorney who professes to care so deeply about civil liberties it has moved him to cross partisan lines and defend Donald Trump on a near nightly basis on Fox News, was caught on video patting Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on the back after Trump praised him for his fascistic attack on NPR reporter Mary Louise Kelly. Now, Dershowitz has admitted that he likes Pompeo so much, he “forgives” the assault on the First Amendment.

Sean Hannity thinks we should hear from John Bolton but only under Hannity’s supervision, not under oath to the United States Senate and not to all the American people during Donald Trump’s impeachment trial.

After Mitch McConnell signaled a cry for help in making sure impeachment witnesses are voted down, Sean Hannity stepped up to the plate by accusing any Republicans who want witnesses of siding with the “congental liars” of the “Democratic radical socialist party” and their “state-run media.”

Sean Hannity’s tirade against calling witnesses in the Trump impeachment trial included a suggestion that Trump had contemplated committing a serious crime by withholding aid to Ukraine. But since he never did it, there's nothing to see here.
