Fox hosts Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs and Jeanine Pirro, each named as individual defendants in Smartmatic’s $2.7+ billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, have filed individual motions to dismiss that essentially claim, "We were just doing our jobs."

Fox News just shoved one of its weekday “objective news” shows into the midnight hour in favor of the comedic stylings of pro-Trump propagandist Greg Gutfeld.

Saturday Night Live’s cold open last night featured “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on the just-acquitted Donald Trump. Also on board: Kate McKinnon as Lindsey Graham, Aidy Bryant as Ted Cruz, Mikey Day as Trump attorney Bruce Castor, Pete Davidson as Michael van der Veen and Beck Bennett as Mitch McConnell.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (WORM-SC) told Fox News Sunday viewers to never mind his criticisms of Donald Trump’s “over the top” behavior that “encouraged” the January 6 insurrection because “Trump+” is the way to win in 2022.

Even though Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) was at the Capitol during the January 6 insurrection, he tossed aside evidence that Donald Trump refused to help when Republican House leader Kevin McCarthy asked him to – in order to blame Nancy Pelosi for the carnage and deaths.

Lead House Impeachment Manager Jamie Raskin just announced he wants to call witnesses and subpoena documents. Trump attorney van der Veen just had a meltdown on the Senate floor.

Today, the Trump defense team starts to present its case. The Washington Post reports, it's expected to be a "relatively short" presentation and that the trial could be completed by tomorrow.

Apparently, the Trump impeachment trial evidence against Donald Trump was just too much for Fox News (and/or their viewers) so they cut away from Rep. Diana Degette’s presentation in order to get spin from Trump lawyer David Schoen.

Today, the Democratic House impeachment managers are expected to conclude their case against Donald Trump. The Washington Post reports they "are expected to focus on Trump’s role in allegedly inciting the violent Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol and his lack of remorse for what transpired."
