Fox Nation has a post called, Michelle Obama Broke Debate Rules, referring to Mrs. Obama supposedly being caught clapping on camera (along with a lot of others but they were outside the "participating debate audience") when moderator Candy Crowley agreed with President Obama that he had called the Benghazi attack a terror attack the day after it happened. As Media Matters noted, Fox's concern for breaking with debate rules is rather selective and ignored Mitt Romney's breaches when he badgered President Obama. Fox Nation readers didn't seem to care either. They used the accusation against Michelle Obama as yet another opportunity to break out the racist comments. The ones we found were more than seven hours old (found last night, about 9 PM ET). So surely the moderators had a chance to have found and removed them. (H/T J.L.)

Right now, at about 10:33 PM ET, 66.44% of respondents think President Obama won, 33.56% think Romney won. I haven't heard anything about this on the Fox News Channel, have you? (H/T Nikki C.)

Democrat Bernard Whitman struck a nerve with Megyn Kelly today during a Fox News focus group convened to attack discuss Candy Crowley’s role as moderator of the presidential debate last night. Whitman said, “It’s sort of amazing that in the face of a relatively poor performance by Romney, all we’re talking about is the moderator, Candy Crowley. That sort of underscores…” Kelly cut him off.

Megyn Kelly hosted Mitt Romney’s former lieutenant governor, a woman and a Romney surrogate, to help rehab explain Mitt Romney’s “binders full of women” comment that sparked what even Kelly acknowledged was a “firestorm” on the internet. But Kelly either deliberately ignored or somehow missed that her guest contradicted Romney’s own story about his concern for putting women in his cabinet. She also accepted without question the dubious claim that women made up 50% of Romney’s cabinet. (H/T Jim M.)

While two polls and most Democrats seem to agree that President handily won the debate tonight, Sean Hannity thought otherwise. And, surprise, surprise! He dissembled in making his point.

On yesterday’s Your World, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder was asked by Neil Cavuto about Mitt Romney closing the polling gap in Michigan in spite of the fact he opposed the auto bailout. “The knee jerk reaction is that those in your state would be very sore about Mitt Romney’s opposition to that auto bailout. Yet he seems to be faring OK. Why is that?” Neil asked.

It was bad enough that “liberal” Greta Van Susteren ignored Paul Ryan’s dishwashing-gate last night. Predictably, so did the rest of her prime time colleagues. But she not only found time for the Paul Ryan Girl, she called it “the music video you have to see!”

In addition to "Fox News bishops" there is a Fox News priest. Fr. Jonathan Morris is not your average parish priest. He joined Fox News when he was stationed in Rome as a member of the disgraced "Legion of Christ" and very close pal of the  order's pedophile (and baby daddy) founder, Fr. Marcial Maciel who pandered to the rich and famous. While Morris is officially stationed at NYC's Old St. Patrick's Cathedral, he finds time to go on various international junkets with his very special pal, Cardinal Dolan whose opposition to the president's birth control mandate has received reverent validation on Fox by Morris and Fox hosts. Despite other clergy who occasionally make appearances on Fox, Morris has a weekly Sunday gig during which he validates GOP right wing talking points that reach a vast Fox News "parish." So it was no surprise that Morris would support the bishops' "rebuke" of Joe Biden over his debate remarks about the mandate. And given that the bishops are implying that Biden is a liar, it wasn't surprising that Morris suggested the same thing!
