Greg Gutfeld Says Center For Medical Progress Deserves Pulitzer For Exposing "Baby" "Butchering"

Yesterday, we learned that the anti-Planned Parenthood sting videos, done by a radical anti-choice group and frequently featured on Fox News, were heavily altered and "unreliable." But Fox village idiot Greg Gutfeld actually believes that the "citizen journalists" from the Center for Medical Progress deserve a Pulitzer. ROFLMAO?!

On Wednesday's The Five, a show which Eric Bolling proclaimed to be officially "pro-life," the patented Planned Parenthood bashfest began with some of the bogus video featuring an employee of Stem Express, a fetal cell procurement company. Greg Gutfeld then provided us with one of his patented moronic monologues which, to quote "The Bard," are "full of the sound and fury, signifying nothing." The group's background visual set the propaganda message: "Planned Parenthood Scandal."

Gutfeld asked if the Center for Medical Progress should get a Pulitzer because their work is comparable to others who have exposed, unlike the Center for Medical Progress, real problems. He accused mainstreamjournalists of ignoring the "butchers" of Planned Parenthood. While the reality is that the CMP exposed nothing illegal, Gutfeld praised the videos as "true bombshells" that are more awesome than the work of Woodward and Bernstein.

Dana Perino agreed and described the CMP con artists as "citizen journalists." Kimberly Guilfoyle accused the woman in the video of being a "butcher" who is going to hell. She lamented that this "butchering" isn't featured on media front pages because if it were, she opined, the "butchering" (legalized abortion?) would be stopped. In underscoring anti-choice anti-science (fetal tissue is a vital part of medical research), she claimed that science is being used to justify "murders" - a ludicrous claim because abortion is a legal, surgical procedure.

Juan Williams tried to bring some sanity into the argument by citing some deceptive tactics used by the CMP. When he mentioned the medical research aspect of fetal tissue, Gutfeld dramatically intoned "your building health benefits on the dead," which, of course, is the case when adult cadavers are used for research. In totally dismissing the woman who has made an informed decision to terminate the pregnancy, Gutfeld lamented that the fetuses haven't had a chance to live.

Creepy sexist perv Jesse Watters, in advancing anti-choice talking points, interjected that abortion is "infanticide" when, again, it's perfectly legal. Watters absolutely lied when he claimed that Planned Parenthood is performing so called partial birth abortions. Guilfoyle, in reinforcing the propaganda with what appeared to be the word of the day, claimed that Planned Parenthood is "butchering" babies (Fifth usage). Watters lied when he claimed that money is being made "off dead baby parts."

The Center for Medical Progress' deceptive videos deserve to go into the trash heap of bogus right wing video bullshit along with James O'Keefe's discredited pimp-exposes-ACORN videos and Lila Rose's discredited Planned-Parenthood-facilitates-sex-trafficking videos - neither of which ever resulted in legal action against their targets. As a result of their shady practices, the CMP will getting some lawsuits, not a Pulitzer. One thing is for sure, Fox's The Five won't be getting any journalism awards anytime soon!

Unfortunately for Gutfeld, the Pulitzer committees have a tendency to avoid awarding their esteemed prizes to agencies which have been clearly exposed as frauds. (The Pulitzer Prize has gone, at various times, to reporters and other writers who’ve later been discovered to have used faked evidence or made up stuff—but I can’t recall of a single situation where doctored material has been exposed quite as quickly.)

There’s probably a reason why no one with FoxNoise has won a Pulitzer since beginning their employment with the network.

The only thing being butchered in these films is the film itself.

Typically when I refer to Fox News personalities as being “comedians” my tongue 👅 is firmly planted into my cheek. In Greg Gutfeld’s case, it’s an accurate job description.

So we have a comedian who co-hosts one show, hosted another (which still airs using different chuckle-heads), and now hosts a third show. Oh, I almost forgot the punch line: All the above are on supposed news channel Fox News. 😉

In fairness to Greg, while he claims to be a comedian he’s about as funny as toe fungus. With comedians like Jon Stewart and Bill Maher who are hilarious when they choose to be it’s easy to discern the satire from their serious commentary. With a dried up comic like Gutfeld this is impossible.

In the fair and balanced 4 conservatives on 1 weak liberal circle jerk which is “The Five” they whip up emotions by referring to fetuses as babies as if there’s no difference if Planned Parenthood robbed cradles. Like GOP TV and Republican candidates such as Fiorina describing Planned Parenthood’s procedures in gross, descriptive terms like watching open heart surgery wouldn’t cause most if us to lose our appetites.

I thank Newshounds for watching “The Five” for me because it’s such dreadfully bad analysis even by Fox News typical biased standards I rarely do.

If stupid were a terminal disease, the people these charlatans are pandering to would be reclassified as an endangered species.
