Fox News Hosts Keep Pushing Bogus Nancy Pelosi Patriotic Music Conspiracy Even After Bret Baier Debunked It

As Think Progress reported, last night Sean Hannity and then this morning, Fox & Friends echoed the false report that Nancy Pelosi has a "problem with patriotic music" due to the fact that the music callers to her office hear when they're on hold was recently changed from patriotic music to smooth jazz. In reality, the House Administrative Office had changed the music as a test to try out different kinds of music, without notifying House members. That news was reported last night on Special Report. Apparently, Hannity (which airs live after Special Report) and Fox & Friends (airing the next morning) were so eager to attack Speaker Pelosi that neither they nor their producers cared that their own news network had already proved their allegations false.
