Fox Nation Dredges Up "Birther" Conspiracy

Remember when Bill O'Reilly attacked Rosie O'Donnell because she dabbled in 9-11 conspiracy theories? Flash forward to the new Obama administration and we now have the "birther" conspiracy which claims that Barack Obama was not born in the US. These conspiratorialists claim that Obama's birth record has not been verified and are demanding that the "real" birth certificate be released. This movement is being spearheaded by the right wing "Word Net Daily" whose "correspondent" recently asked White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs if Obama will release the birth certificate (which, of course, he has). Are we surprised that the third lede on Fox Nation is (drum roll please) "Should Obama Release Birth Certificate? Or Is This Old News?" Media Matters has more. You can't make this stuff up - oh, wait, if it's Fox Nation, no problem!
