Wall Street Journal Reporters Can Look Forward to Using Words Like "Doo-Doo," "Smackers," and "Stinky"
Reported by Melanie - July 31, 2007 -
Neil Cavuto, the "managing editor of business news" at the Fox "News" Channel -- the guy who will "supervise" the Fox Business Network, set to debut in October -- editorialized today (July 31, 2007) about Rupert Murdoch acquiring the Wall Street Journal.
Cavuto talked about the "smackers" his boss paid, using language akin to what he said on July 17 when he said the subprime loan crisis was "kinda stinky." On July 23, he referred to the housing crunch as deep "doo-doo."
My heart goes out to the good reporters at the WSJ. Good luck.
