Judge Throws Out Charges Against Victim Of O'Reilly Crusade

Recently Bill O'Reilly has led a brutal crusade against, George Tiller, a Kansas physician who legally performs late term abortions for medical reasons. Today AP reported that a Judge threw out the charges against Tiller but this won't mark an end to the battle.
Operation Rescue appears to have joined forces with Bill O'Reilly and has planned a protest against Tiller on January 19th.
According to the AP article, Tiller's clinic was bombed by Pro Life demonstrators in 1985 and he was shot in both arms during a protest in 1993. It looks like more violence is a distinct possibility on January 19th and if someone is hurt, Bill O'Reilly will be partially responsible.
