This is reminiscent of the time the terror level was elevated because blueprints of NYC buildings had been found (not mentioned: months ago) in terrorism suspects' possession, and Laura and the twins were dispatched to do some shopping and lunch. Wonder of coincidental wonders, that also happened in August, of 2004. Hmmm.
