Why No Rah-Rah Coverage of Bush's Anti-Gay Marriage Crusade on Cavuto?

Reported by Melanie - June 5, 2006

Interesting. Neil Cavuto, one of the radical right's water boys, didn't touch the issue of Bush's gay marriage ban today (June 5, 2006) on Your World.

In what seemed like an insane effort to avoid the issue, Cavuto spent time on:

-The "Northern Threat," about terrorists coming to the US from Canada.

- 6-6-06: Is it an "attractive date for terrorists?" (Be afraid. Be very, very afraid.)

-Tom Tancredo on immigration. (Yes, he'll run for president in 2008 if the issue isn't resolved to his satisfaction.)

-"Bush Gets It," featuring Fox's Michael Barone on whether "history will remember Bush as a great president." (Per Barone: Yes, of course.)

-Carl Schramm of Inc. magazine on moving the federal government out of Washington, D.C. According to Schramm, the government, "really is becoming entrepreneurial capitalism" and it's "more and more important to the advancing entrepreneurial success of our economy" to diversify the center of power.

-"Fox Stox," about a sex hotel and the fact that Donald Trump has never changed a diaper.

Comment: When Cavuto hides a big "Bush initiative" behind a crazy lineup like this, you know it's a scam.
