Bush is in Iraq in Operation Swarmer??

On The Big Story today 3/16/06 Bret Baier was reporting on Operation Swarmer with the chyron
"1,500 US & Iraqi troops launch Operation Swarmer in Iraq" when suddenly there was DoD footage of a jet landing on an aircraft carrier (I thought Samarra was land-locked). Who strode out, saluting and shaking hands, but GW Bush! Once again he is far from the fighting, but FOX wants to remind viewers of what a great warrior he is.
