A Good Woman's Testament to Governmental Negligence

Reported by Marie Therese - September 12, 2005

Click here to watch a video of Charmaine Neville, a member of the famous Neville family of musicians and a resident of New Orleans, speaking with a priest about her experiences in New Orleans. She verifies the same kind of criminal neglect that the two EMT technicians describe in Ellen's post on the same topic. According to Newsweek, Bush's poll numbers are at 38%, the lowest rating of any President since they started doing polls. Is there any provision in the Constitution for a national recall or vote of "no confidence" in the governemnt? I don't think we can wait until 2008 to get rid of these guys. Any of our legal beagles know the answer?
