Hey, what's that thing on the back of your jacket?

It's bad enough when the news networks send the on-air "talent" into the path of a killer storm, but to send them into a hurricane without proper training in raingear is just, well, dumb. It's along the same lines as sending troops into harm's way without sufficient armor.

But we wouldn't want to hide that signature blonde hair under a dorky hood...

(And it's not nearly as bad as under-equipping our troops, by a long shot.)
